On 23/10/2024, a patient with a right MCA territory infarct presented at Adesh Hospital Mohri with left-sided complete weakness and slurred speech. Risk factors included obesity, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension. Vital signs were stable, and the neurology team promptly thrombolysed the patient with Inj Tenecteplase at 11 pm. Monitored in the ICCU, the patient is now completely independent and has no residual weakness.
