Procedure for admission:

Through Common Entrance Test 2025 (CET) and counseling conducted by Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Admission to NRI Category (NRIs/PIOs/OCIs/Foreign Nationals)

All admissions under NRI category seats shall be as per merit of CET-2025. Only CET qualified candidates shall be eligible under NRI category.

Reservation:

         SC/ST reservation will be as per government instruction issued from time to time.

List of documents required:

The candidates, at the time of document verification must bring the following original certificates/documents/testimonials along with two sets of duly attested photo copies. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificate/document at the time of document verification, shall loose his/her candidature:

  1. Matriculation Certificate/High School Certificate/ICSE/CBSE Class 10th or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
  2. Pass Certificate /DMC of qualifying examination e. 10+2.
  3. Certificate of good conduct/character from the Principal of the institution last
  4. Service Certificate from the employer (if applicable).
  5. Resident Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
  6. Certificate of Bonafide Resident issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
  7. PPP ID (If applicable).
  8. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
  9. Certificate of Disability issued by Competent
  10. Certificate of Dependent of Freedom Fighters issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
  11. Certificate of ESM issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
  12. Income and Asset certificate for EWS Category
  13. Print out of Online Application
  14. CET-25 Result
  15. As proof of identification – Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/ Passport/Voter

NRI candidates in addition should bring the following documents:-

  1. Equivalency Certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, if
  2. Conversion Certificate of grading to percentage of marks, if
  3. Proof of NRI status in form of Passport, OCI/PIO/letter from Ministry of External Affairs/Embassy and Bank Account Details etc.

Note: – Any Candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificate/document at the time of document verification, shall loose his/her claim to admission.
