- Admission Procedure
Admission is based on CET-2025, conducted by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
Counseling, admission, and class commencement will follow the schedule set by HSCP and the university.
Admissions will be through Online Centralized Counseling, based on CET merit.
Final course/institute selection on the online portal is non-changeable.
Institute/course allotment will be as per CET merit and student preferences.
Personal appearance with original documents is mandatory for admission.
Attested photocopies will not be accepted in place of original certificates.
All admissions are provisional until document verification is completed.
Provisional seat allocation does not confer legal rights until verification is finalized.
The Admission Committee will handle all admission-related matters and disputes.

Final category-wise seat distribution will be available on:
https://uhsr.ac.in and https://dmer.haryana.gov.inManagement quota admissions follow the same procedure as state quota, subject to eligibility.
- Admission Under NRI Category (NRIs/PIOs/OCIs/Foreign Nationals)
All admissions under NRI category seats shall be as per merit of CET-2025. Only CET qualified candidates shall be eligible under NRI category. PIOs, OCIs and Foreign Nationals who are CET qualified can also apply under the NRI category, however for admission under NRI quota Foreign Nationals shall be considered only for any vacant seat left after exhausting the list of NRIs/PIOs/OCIs.
Preference of admission shall be as given below:
Actual NRIs/OCIs/PIOs candidates who originally belonged to the State of Haryana.
Children of NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to Haryana State.
Actual NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to an Indian State and Union Territories other than Haryana.
Children of NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to an Indian State and Union Territories other than Haryana.
Real Brother and sister of candidate.
If the first-degree relation of the student is NRI and residing abroad and the candidate fulfills the following condition:
(a) He should be the nearest relation.
(b) In the definition of nearest relation, candidate having following blood relation:
Real Brother and sister of father i.e., real uncle and real aunt.
Real brother and Sister of mother i.e., real maternal uncle and maternal aunt.
Father and mother of father i.e., grandfather and grandmother.
Father and mother of mother i.e., maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother.
First degree-paternal and maternal cousins.
(c) Such persons should ordinarily be residing abroad.
(d) Such person should have looked after such student as the guardian of the student and evidence to that effect must have been produced by such person.
Foreign Nationals shall be considered for admission under NRI quota after exhausting the list of NRIs/PIOs/OCIs.
Notes:
If sufficient numbers of eligible candidates under first category are available then they will be admitted first even if students under subsequent category are higher in merit.
The NRI students will have to give a Bank Guarantee/Surety Bond for the balance of fee, if they opt to pay the fee in installment.
If the seats still remain vacant after 2nd round these shall be converted to General Category seats.
- Reservation Policy
SC/ST reservations as per Government of Haryana rules and notifications.
- List of Documents to Be Brought at the Time of Reporting to the Institution
The candidates, at the time of document verification must bring the following original certificates/documents/testimonials along with two sets of duly attested photo copies. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificate/document at the time of document verification, shall loose his/her candidature:
Matriculation Certificate/High School Certificate/ICSE/CBSE Class 10th or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
Pass Certificate /DMC of qualifying examination i.e. 10+2.
Certificate of good conduct/character from the Principal of the institution last attended.
Service Certificate from the employer (if applicable).
Resident Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
Certificate of Bonafide Resident issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
PPP ID (If applicable).
Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
Certificate of Disability issued by Competent Authority.
Certificate of Dependent of Freedom Fighters issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
Certificate of ESM issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
Income and Asset certificate for EWS Category candidates.
Print out of Online Application form.
CET-25 Result Card.
As proof of identification – Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Voter ID.
NRI Candidates In Addition Should Bring the Following Documents:
Equivalency Certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, if applicable.
Conversion Certificate of grading to percentage of marks, if applicable.
Proof of NRI status in form of Passport, OCI/PIO/letter from Ministry of External Affairs/Embassy and Bank Account Details etc.
Note: Any Candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificate/document at the time of document verification, shall loose his/her claim to admission.
- MODE OF PAYMENT OF TUITION FEE
The fee structure for all the seats (category wise and quota wise) will be as per Govt. of Haryana notification vide no. 16/04/2024-6HB-IV dated 21/06/2024 for the session 2025-26 or as per fresh modification in above notification by Govt. of Haryana.
• Mode of Payment:
(a) At the time of admission:
The fee for the First-Year course shall be deposited through RTGS/NEFT and draft payable to Account Counseling and Admission on account for Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) as notified by Govt. of Haryana notification vide no. 16/04/2024-6HB-IV dated 21/06/2024 or as per fresh modification in above notification by Govt. of Haryana.
(b) Subsequent years:
By RTGS/NEFT through bank transfer, as decided by the accounts department of the Adesh Physiotherapy College, from time to time.
HOSTEL FEE
• Room Charges
Room charges will be applicable as notified by Haryana Government notification vide no. 16/04/2024-6HB-IV dated 21/06/2024 or as per fresh modification in above notification by Govt. of Haryana. All the rooms have attached bathrooms and will be allotted on first come first serve basis. If candidates want to install any extra facility like AC, heating system, etc., extra electricity & other cost will be charged as applicable by institutional norms.
• Mess Charges
Mess charges are payable in advance every year. This does not include canteen charges. These charges are subject to revision from time to time.
OTHER FEES
Apart from the notified tuition fee structure for different categories, additional charges such as Registration Fee, Administrative Expenses, Annual Fee, Examination Fee, Library Fee, etc. as required by the University from time to time shall be deposited by the students.
COLLEGE SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security will be deposited at the time of admission. It is refundable without interest after adjustments, if any, on the completion of the course after submitting the “No Dues Certificate” to the competent authority.

The rules and regulations, including fees, may be revised as and when required from time to time. The revised rules and regulations will be applicable for every student, irrespective of the terms and conditions mentioned in this prospectus.
